1 - 4       Right toe forward, lower heel, left toe forward, lower heel

5 - 8       Rock forward on right, recover on left, rock back on right, recover on left

9 -12      Right toe forward, lower heel, left toe forward, lower heel

13 - 14   Step forward on right, ½ pivot left transferring weight to left

15 - 16   Step forward on right, hold
